Homemade Gluten-free Banana Bread Recipe ft Chosan Jam
Do you want to recreate a family favourite, but healthier? Fill your home with the warm aroma of freshly baked banana bread. This is the only gluten-free, dairy-free banana bread recipe you’ll ever need; a one-bowl wonder!
Topped with Chosan Banana and Baobab Jam.
Ingredients
3 Ripe Bananas
300g of Almond Flour
3 tbls of Honey
2 eggs
2 tbls of Coconut Oil
3/4 tps of Bicarbonate of Soda
Vanilla essence (optional)
300g of Almond Flour

Blend all the ingredients together. Line a loaf tin with grease proof paper. Pour the mixture into the tin. Garnish with sliced banana and pecan nuts.

Cook in the oven at medium heat for 30-40 mins or until the mixture is cooked through and golden brown. Spread Chosan Banana and Baobab Jam on the top of the loaf and serve with your favourite beverage.
